Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of musehq.io (the "Service"), the web console for muse. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

muse is an AI operating partner. The public console offers a free demo chat and, for signed-in users, a full agent that can run tools and execute code against a gateway you connect. The agent takes real actions only through owner-gated approvals that you confirm.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and any gateway you bind secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, attack or disrupt infrastructure, or generate content prohibited by our providers' policies. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or its quotas.

The agent runs real actions

When you connect a gateway and run the full agent, it can execute code and use tools in that environment. You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for reviewing owner-gated approvals before confirming them. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from the billing portal in your account. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
